Felicity’s now hugely excited to be commercial lead and Director of a management-owned business focused on meeting the human capital challenges and opportunities across an ever-changing talentscape.

    Traceylee has worked right across the candidate and employee lifecycle – with a particular passion for delivering practical, outcomes-based engagement, onboarding and development programmes. That in-depth and wide-ranging experience has been built over 25 years’ working in senior HR roles in many regions (UK, the Middle East, Africa and India) – and across a variety of cultures and sectors (including Education, Healthcare, IT, Oil & Gas, Retail, Transport and Telecomms).

    Leading the Talentscape Training Services brings together Traceylee’s technical expertise and wider business vision, to shape and develop programmes and solutions that meet our client requirements – as well as evolving our business to meet the challenges and opportunities across an ever-changing talentscape.
