Traceylee has worked right across the candidate and employee lifecycle – with a particular passion for delivering practical, outcomes-based engagement, onboarding and development programmes. That in-depth and wide-ranging experience has been built over 25 years’ working in senior HR roles in many regions (UK, the Middle East, Africa and India) – and across a variety of cultures and sectors (including Education, Healthcare, IT, Oil & Gas, Retail, Transport and Telecomms).
Leading the Talentscape Training Services brings together Traceylee’s technical expertise and wider business vision, to shape and develop programmes and solutions that meet our client requirements – as well as evolving our business to meet the challenges and opportunities across an ever-changing talentscape.

A Fellow Chartered Accountant and alumni of Harvard Business School with extensive Group CFO and corporate finance experience, Greg brings board level leadership and strategic planning expertise gained in the UK and internationally – with blue-chip experience across finance, financial planning and reporting – to support Talentscape’s decision making, cost management and business performance.
With over 15 years’ blue chip and public sector experience in delivering major recruitment communication and training projects in the UK and globally, Paul brings an emphasis on seamless delivery and technology integration.
Chris has worked on all sides of Candidate Attraction and Employee Engagement over the past 20 years – a true expert in the development and integration of HRIS, ATS and Talent Advocacy technology; as well as delivering award-winning Recruitment Websites to world-class standards.

MORI-trained and award-winning, Peter has lead the global employee engagement function for both Unilever and UBS in a 20-year career that has seen him deliver Employee Pulse Surveys, EVP and D&I projects for organisations such as Boots, New Look, Pepsico and the Royal Mail.

Jeremy works with Talentscape as an Associate to help identify where our services and products could provide the most effective commercial difference to clients – ensuring that all stakeholders are fully engaged with those solutions to ensure maximum return on investment.
