What's it about?

This course gives attendees the knowledge and confidence to search for candidates who aren’t registered on job boards.

It goes beyond basic Boolean searches and looks at the very latest techniques in being able to identify candidates through online conference attendee lists, alumni groups, competitor phone directories and niche online communities.

Delegates will learn some great Advanced Sourcing Skills that enable them to find good candidates outside their LinkedIn network and how to use other social networks to find relevant candidates.

Delegates will be asked to use their new skills to identify relevant groups of candidates online.

How long does it take?

This is a one day course, held at your premises or a venue of your choice from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
